We immediately start working after waking up. Hares, pheasants, snakes, squirrels, racoon dogs, we eat them all. If we can eat so many different speces in the forest, it is because our working place, the forest, is so abundant.

The Golden Eagle is the champion of the sky, but we Hawk Eagles master the forest. We also sometimes get to catch monkeys or flying squirrels while moving from trees to trees.

We male Hawk Eagles hunt the whole day in order to feed the female and our children. It’s a hard work as if we fail child rearing because we couldn’t catch enought preys, our females abandon us the next year and ask for divorce.

While sitting on a branch of a tree, we wait for the preys to come to us. Sometimes, after child rearing, if we get to catch a good client such as a hare, we can take it easy for about 3 days and relax on a branch while thinking of the future of the forest or our family.
